How to sign up in CBI Ticket System?

To Sign Up in CBI Ticket System, please do the steps below:

1-From the main navigation menu navigate to Sign up

2-Enter your Name, Email.

3-Enter the Verification code shown in rectangle, make sure to write it with capital and small letters.

4-Click on Sign up, the page will redirect you to thank you page.

5-An email with activation link will be sent to your email after CBI support admin approve your request.

NOTE: If you didn't receive the activation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam mail.

6-Press on the activation link.

7-In the new window set your password and Confirm it, then click on Register.

8-You can now access your profile and fill your information.

9-Congratulations, you are now one of our help desk users, welcome.
